Program and Speakers
During this three day event, presentations and sessions will cover a wide range of topics delivered by distinguished national and international speakers. The conference will provide a look at several key areas affecting global preparedness and how they interconnect to create the challenges we face as a world community as well as possible solutions needed to protect assets and human lives.
Location
The Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place will host this year’s conference. Newly renovated and redecorated, the Hilton is just minutes from the Melbourne Airport and Florida Tech. A free shuttle service provides transportation to area restaurants, businesses and the beach. Special room rates are available for conference participants.

An entire wing of the Hilton has been reserved for the 2009 Conference on Global Preparedness. Exhibition space surrounds the grand ballroom and continues to the hotel lobby. This year, there are four levels of exhibitor opportunities, all include attendance to the conference.
