Ms. Goss has 3 decades of experience working as a federal and state administrator, as well as a senior advisor in areas of emergency management, including emergency preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery. For more than six years before coming to Systems and Research Applications International (SRA) in 2007, where she currently serves as the Director of Emergency Management and Crisis Communications, she served as Senior Advisor for Homeland Security, Emergency Management, and Business Continuity, at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), the global technology company. Before her private sector leadership and management, she served from 1994-2001 as Associate FEMA Director in charge of the National Preparedness, Training and Exercises Directorate and from 1982-1993 as Senior Assistant for Intergovernmental Relations, Governor, State of Arkansas.
