Full Name of Presenting Author*
Abbreviated Title*
Construct an abbreviated title of up to 72 characters and spaces as in
a running head for a journal
Preferred Format of Presentation
Oral
The standard format for a 20-minute oral presentation will be a PowerPoint file. A PC LCD projector, microphone, and
laser pointer will be provided. We expect each presenter to bring the PowerPoint file on a standard
portable medium (CD, Flash Drive, or comparable device). Presenters should not plan to plug personal
laptops into the on-site system. For anyone requiring special presentation equipment, write your request
below.
Poster
Single-page posters up to 6 feet wide are preferred. Posters will be displayed in the hallways of the building in which
the meeting is held. We will provide adhesive strips that will not harm the poster or the wall. For anyone
having special requests on poster size, material, or other requirements, write your request below.
Keywords*
Select up to three key words from the dropdown list or enter names of echinoderm taxa
and specialized echinoderm vocabulary that are not on the list.
