Welcome to the 2009 Rich Transcription Evaluation Conference
The RT-09 Meeting Recognition Evaluation Workshop will be held on May 28-29, 2009 on the campus of Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne Florida, USA.
The Florida Tech campus is situated on the east coast of Central Florida in Brevard County, site of Kennedy Space Center and NASA
shuttle launches.
Less than one hour from Disney World, the Space Coast occupies 72 miles of Atlantic coastline-Orlando's closest beaches.
The meeting will be held in Hartley Room of the Denius Student Center on the Florida Tech campus (Map).
The RT-09 meeting will begin the morning of the 28th and end no later than 3:00pm on the 29th.

REGISTRATION
The registration fee will be $150 per attendee.
This includes continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch each day, as well as dinner and conference materials.

SOCIAL EVENTS
In order to provide an opportunity for informal interaction, the conference registration includes a dinner will at the Green Turtle Market May 28, 2009.
The restaurant is 2.2 miles from the Radisson.
TRANSPORTATION
The Melbourne area is serviced by two airports: The Melbourne International Airport (MLB) and Orlando International Airport (MCO).
- MLB is located minutes from campus and the Radisson Hotel and is only serviced by DELTA.
- MCO is located approximately 70 minutes from Melbourne Florida via a rental car and services a wide variety of carriers.
