Travel Arrangements

Florida Tech (Google Maps link) is located near Interstate 95 along the east coast of Florida, five minutes from the Melbourne International Airport (MLB) and about an hour southeast of Orlando International Airport (MCO). If necessary, contact Kurt Winkelmann in order to make arrangements to park on campus.


Conference presenters will stay on the Florida Tech campus at no charge, including meals and lodging. Florida Tech’s visitor's guide has information about campus facilities and a campus map.

Harris Village Apartments provides on-campus, single-occupancy bedrooms within a suite that contains a living room and kitchen facilities. Panther Dining Hall is the main residential dining room, open seven days a week on the south campus, next to the Panther Aquatic Center. Panther Dining is an “all you care to eat” style cafeteria that features a variety of display cooking stations including an international bar, vegan and vegetarian selections, pizza buffet, pasta to order, home-style entrees with carvery, grill, deli and panini bar, salad, dessert and beverage bars. A convenience grocery store is located here as well.

Free parking near Harris Village and near the conference presentations is available with registration.
